This role will provide reporting and data analytic services to the Client Ops organization. It will work closely with the wider team to support the delivery of a transformed client experience that is cost effective for the business.

Focus areas include owning Business MIS provision and leading initiatives that enable more efficient and sustainable MIS provision to support Client Operations and bring insights that will enable the transformation journey.
- Support all aspects of management activities for International Private Banking (IPB) Business Enablement
- Lead provision of Business MIS to ensure teams have access to information they need
- Support transformation of EMEA & IPB wide MIS provision; leverage new tools and techniques to enable operational efficiencies, generate insights and adapt to strategic transformation agenda with transparent governance model
- Support implementation projects from an Onboarding Business perspective,
- Ensure the team is supported to provide a detailed analysis and understanding of complex workflows and explaining them to colleagues across the business, and able to escalate appropriately any risks identified in business process
- Ensure that all EMEA site locations and groups that support EMEA work to the same standard of efficiency and establish a best in class function
- Support the preparation of presentations to Senior Management and various stakeholders of the Private Bank

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field
- 3-5 Years of experience in Alteryx or similar ETL tools
- 3-5 Years of experience in Tableau or similar visualization tools
- 3-5 Years of experience in SQL or similar query language
- Good Knowledge of Python programming
- Strong risk and controls awareness
- Lead data mining and collection procedures
- Responsible for the conception, planning, and prioritizing of data projects
- Collaborate with Chief Data Office to enable the team's data ecosystem
- Capacity to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture
- Maintains a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize/multi-task. A working experience including roles in AML/ KYC in the context of client onboarding and in a control function is preferred
- The role will support projects and new processes within Client Onboarding therefore previous experience of this type of work within a Client Onboarding environment is beneficial
