*Job Summary:*

We are seeking enthusiastic Fitness Trainers to lead group fitness activities in various settings, including residencies, academies, and gyms. This position offers flexible hours, with casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities available. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective group sessions that inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct group fitness classes and activities at residencies, academies, and gym locations as per the schedule.
- Plan and implement group workouts that accommodate varying fitness levels and ensure all participants are challenged while staying safe.
- Lead sessions such as cardio workouts, strength training, functional fitness, and flexibility exercises.
- Motivate and guide participants to improve their fitness levels and overall well-being.
- Provide clear instruction on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries.
- Create a positive and energetic environment that fosters community and client satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized workout area.
- Collaborate with the Muscle Algorithm team to deliver fitness events, camps, and promotional activities.
- Adjust training programs as needed for special populations (e.g., individuals with injuries or specific fitness needs).

*Qualifications:*
- Certified Fitness Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent) or related experience in group fitness.
- Previous experience in leading group fitness sessions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate large groups.
- Flexibility to work casual, part-time, or full-time depending on client and location requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients of all fitness levels.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Passion for fitness and helping people reach their health goals.
