We have an urgent requirements for **Corporate Lawyer - Construction**

Years of experience **4-8 Years in Construction Industry**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while navigating the complexities of the construction sector. This position requires a strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and construction-specific regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
Legal Advisory:
Provide expert legal advice to internal teams on various corporate and construction-related matters.

Interpret and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Contract Negotiation and Drafting**:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including construction contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.

Work closely with project teams to ensure contracts align with legal requirements and protect the organization's interests.

Risk Management:
Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk management measures in projects and **corporate activities.**

**Corporate Governance**:
Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Assist in the preparation of board meeting materials and resolutions.

**Dispute Resolution**:
Handle dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation if necessary.

Collaborate with external legal counsel when required.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the construction industry.

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

**Training and Education**:
Conduct training sessions for internal teams on legal matters and compliance best practices.

Foster a culture of legal awareness and ethics within the organization.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably with a focus on the construction industry.

Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and construction regulations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
