Inspector Competency is as below for above openings:

- Raw material inspection, Awareness of codes & standards
- Machining inspection (CMM/Faro)
- Fabrication, Large fabricated structures
- Welding, Heat treatment
- NDT (UT, RT, DP, MPI, Visual Testing - ASNT level II)
- Assembly inspection
- Functional test (Hydro, leak test, Assembly test)
- Painting & coating
- Documentation
- QA QC Fundamentals
- Composites
- Fabrics, rubber inspection in special case
- Hydraulics inspections

Basic Understanding of:
1) Basic Metals: Plates, Sheets, Strips, Wires, Pipes, Tubes & Tubular,

Pipe & Tube fittings, rolled section, Structural shapes, Forgings, Bars

in different shapes, Flanges, Fasteners, Metallic & Non-Metallic

Gaskets, Castings, Cast steel pipes. Rubber & mould items

2) Fabricated Structures

3) NDE Level II (MPI, LPT, RT, UT)

4) Visual testing Level II

4) Precision components: Precision Machined components, Assembly

Components

& Measurements by Precision Measuring instruments CMM/Faro

**Job Types**: Temporary, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹8,548.78 - ₹40,000.00 per month
