**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **

**-Product Inspection**:
Conduct thorough inspections of Medical têxtile products.

Inspect materials, weaving part, and overall product quality to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- **Defect Identification**:
Identify and document defects in materials or workmanship.

Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify identified issues promptly.

**-Sampling and Batch Inspection**:
Conduct random sampling of finished products and inspect batches for consistency and quality.

Ensure that production batches meet established quality criteria.
- **Compliance with Standards**:
Ensure that Medical têxtile products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.

Prepare and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports and standard operating procedures.
- **Communication**:
Communicate quality standards and requirements to production teams.

Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and improve incoming materials.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

Participate in cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Previous experience in quality control within the Medical têxtile industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with têxtile manufacturing processes.

3. **Skills**:

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for effectively conveying quality requirements.

4. **Technical Proficiency**:

- Knowledge of têxtile testing methods and equipment.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
