Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our company's products or services. You will be responsible for implementing various online marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.

2. **Content Creation and Management**:

- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

3. **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

5. **SEO and SEM**:

- Perform keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software.
- Prepare regular reports to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

7. **Website Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
- Collaborate with web developers on website improvements and updates.

8. **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Keep track of expenses and report on budget utilization.

9. **Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or equivalent) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,744.57 - ₹47,787.95 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
