**Position**: Executive Air Export Operation

Key Responsibilities:

- **Documentation Preparation**:

- Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) and House Air Waybill (HAWB) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and complies with airline and customs regulations.
- **Handover Set**:

- Compile and organize all documents required for the handover set.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the handover set is complete and accurate.
- **Customer Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary shipment information and provide updates on shipment status.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all operations comply with legal requirements.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and liaise with customs authorities as needed.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize export processes.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: in air export operations, with a strong understanding of AWB and HAWB preparation.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of export regulations.
- **Education**: Relevant degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
