Store Keeper

**Job Role: Store Keeper (for Real Estate & Construction).**

**Industry Type: Real Estate & Construction.**

**Location: Cuttack (Odisha).**

**Salary: 15- 20 k.**

**Work Experience: Min 3- 4 years. (Exp. in Real Estate shall be preferred).**

**Educational Qualification**:Minimum Graduate.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Exercise general control over all activities in Stores.
- Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintain record of approved documents and confidential files.
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials, stocking, and recording of receipts and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders.
- Reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required and issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
- Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals of time,
- Monitor and pro‐actively take action in response to site needs/ requests for construction materials.
- Follow up with material suppliers with prior consent from purchase department, to ensure timely supply.
- General supervision on the site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material etc.
- Maintaining the outside area of the stores and yard in a safe clean and tidy condition.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience with a reputable construction company would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Cuttack, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
