**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve our marketing goals and objectives

2. Manage and monitor our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) on a daily basis

3. Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics

4. Interact and engage with our followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

5. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and engagement

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives

7. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and generate reports

8. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices and suggest new strategies for improvement

9. Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or reviews promptly and appropriately

10. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our online reach and create collaborations

11. Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement

Technical Skills

1. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
2. Any Software for Video Making (Preferably Adobe Premiere & After Effects)
3. Google Sheets & Excel
4. Can Speak and Write in English. Has a good command of the language.
5. Video editing & Making

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Experience in SEO & Designing - 2 years and above
1. Garduate
2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
3. Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)
4. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
5. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
6. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative social media campaigns
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies
9. Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
