Observe, assess, and documented clarity, color, and other features of diamonds.
- Measure and verify the properties of all given diamonds with accuracy.
- Implement laboratory’s standard grading procedures and Comply with international grading system.
- Identify and document clarity characteristics on a plot diagram, assign polish, symmetry, and clarity grades within the Diamond Grading System.
- Formulate clarity, polish and symmetry grades based on diamond characteristics
- Generate comprehensive plots of all blemishes and inclusions found on the surface and within a diamond
- Interpret input data for each diamond, and coordinate with team for smooth workflow during grading. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Plan and execute strategies in accordance with the management’s goals of new business acquisition and enhancing business from existing clients
- Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
