Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects interested in solar energy solutions.
- Set up appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective telemarketing scripts and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology is desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Persuasive and results-oriented attitude with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
