Job Title: Salesperson

**Job Description**:
As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and achieve revenue targets for the company. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. Your role will involve interacting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the products or services you are selling. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities:Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Actively engage in prospecting activities to build a robust sales pipeline.

Build and maintain customer relationships:Understand customer needs and pain points to offer suitable solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns or objections.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.

Sales process management:Qualify leads and opportunities based on established criteria.
Develop and deliver sales proposals and quotes.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company guidelines.
Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.

Sales reporting and analysis:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements.

Continuous learning and market knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to provide insights for product development and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Flexibility to travel as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000 per month

- Up to 50% travel
