**PARI Training Institute LLP (Established in 2017)**

We are looking for a passionate **Marketing Officer** to plan and oversee the PARI Training Institute’s activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all training programmes are successful in meeting the goals set by management. A successful Marketing Officer must be an excellent communicator and must have experience in managing different training programmes.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute in the ideation of training programmes.
- Creation of programme outlines, brochures and schedule for various training programmes.
- Organise meetings and interactions with programme beneficiaries.
- Organize and attend training events.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
- See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience as marketing officer or similar role
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant field

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range**: ₹30,000.00 (2 years experience) - ₹40,000.00 (more than 2 years experience) per month

**Schedule**:

- Day shift

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- South West, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**: Domain work: 2-5 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
