**Job description **:We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Marketing and Analytics Specialist to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

- Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Use data and analytics to identify customer segments, personalize marketing messages, and enhance customer experiences.
- Track and report on marketing ROI and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Identify opportunities for marketing automation and implement workflows to streamline marketing processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and creative assets that align with marketing goals.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer behavior, segment customers, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support the development of marketing budgets and monitor spending to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies, analytics methodologies, and best practices.
