Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a warm and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning and exploration.
- Design and set up learning centers and play areas that encourage active exploration, imagination, and creativity, and provide opportunities for children to make choices and pursue their interests.
- Foster positive relationships with children and families, communicating regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress, activities, and developmental milestones.
- Observe and assess each child's development and progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records of their growth, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children as they develop self-help skills, social skills, and emotional regulation strategies, modeling positive behavior and conflict resolution techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development activities to support continuous improvement in teaching practices and program quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, following health and safety guidelines and regulations, and ensuring that materials and equipment are age-appropriate and in good condition.
- Foster a love for learning and a sense of curiosity and wonder in children, introducing them to new concepts, ideas, and experiences through hands-on activities, stories, songs, and games.
- Cultivate a sense of community and belonging among children, families, and staff, promoting inclusivity, respect, and cultural diversity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education theories, and best practices in early childhood pedagogy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children, with the ability to meet their individual needs and support their growth and development.
- Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability, with the ability to engage children in a variety of learning experiences and adapt instruction to meet their interests and abilities.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Commitment to professional growth and development, including participation in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
