**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our team as a Transport Incharge. The Transport Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students to and from school.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Fleet Management: Manage and oversee the school's fleet of buses, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and safe for transportation.

2. Route Planning: Develop and optimize bus routes to ensure timely arrival and departure, taking into account factors such as traffic patterns, student locations, and safety considerations.

3. Driver Management: Supervise and provide guidance to bus drivers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

4. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular inspections of buses and enforcing safety procedures.

5. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, staff, and transportation personnel regarding bus schedules, changes, and any issues that may arise.

6. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response protocols for transportation-related incidents, coordinating with school administration and emergency services as necessary.

7. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management for transportation-related expenses, optimizing resources while maintaining service quality.

8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bus routes, schedules, maintenance logs, and other relevant documentation.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the education industry, preferably as an incharge of school transport or company bus transport.

3. Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

5. Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
