Job Responsibilities:

- Perform plastic welding operations using various techniques, such as hot air welding, solvent welding, and ultrasonic welding, to assemble plastic components and parts for gold refining and automation plant manufacturing.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure correct assembly and welding procedures are followed.
- Set up and operate plastic welding equipment, including welding machines, hand tools, and other necessary tools and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Inspect plastic components for defects, such as cracks, voids, and deformities, and perform necessary rework or repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and quality control personnel, to resolve any welding-related issues or concerns.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety in all welding operations.
- Complete necessary documentation, including welding logs, inspection reports, and production records, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper storage of welding tools, equipment, and materials.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated with the latest welding techniques, technologies, and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

- 10th,12th pass, ITI or equivalent, a vocational or technical certification in plastic welding or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in plastic welding, preferably in a gold refining and automation plant manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of plastic welding techniques, including hot air welding, solvent welding, and ultrasonic welding, and the ability to operate and maintain plastic welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Understanding of welding parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and speed, and the ability to adjust them as needed to ensure proper welding quality.
- Basic math skills, including measurements, calculations, and conversions related to welding operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in welding, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and ability to identify defects and perform rework or repairs as needed.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
