Gynaecologist

Gynaecologist - Shanvi IVF, Agra

The Gynaecologist in Shanvi IVF will be responsible for providing comprehensive gynaecological care and managing infertility treatments. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients with reproductive health issues and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Consultation**:

- Conduct initial consultations to assess patients' reproductive health and medical history.
- Provide detailed explanations of infertility treatments and options available.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- **Patient Care and Follow-Up**:

- Monitor patients throughout their treatment cycles, adjusting protocols as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and counseling to patients, addressing any concerns or complications.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to evaluate treatment success and patient well-being.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with embryologists, andrologists, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
- **Patient Education and Support**:

- Educate patients and their families about fertility issues, treatment options, and the IVF process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: MD or equivalent in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in IVF and infertility treatments.
- **Licensure**: Valid medical license to practice as a gynaecologist.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in diagnostic related to reproductive health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
