Preparing the files of the Discharges.
- Collecting the discharges from wards.
- Responsible for arranging & maintaining the files in the Medical Record room.
- Issuing of path reports, Radiology reports, Cath lab reports, Cardiology reports, X-ray reports.
- Issuing of Discharge, Fitness, Expenditure, and Railway reservation Concession Certificates.
- Issuing of Mediclaim forms.
- Maintaining IP-Expired files and IP-MLC files.
- Handling of queries related to Medical Records of the patients.
- Hand over the case papers to the patients and completing the necessary formality.
- Maintaining & issuing the books for library.
- Maintaining Statistics (Eg. Admissions, discharges, death, Occupancy, etc).
- Co-ordination with the government agencies for Birth certificate, Death Certificates.
- Conducting a monthly random audit to check the completion of the medical records
- Giving on-the-job training.
- Preparing SOPs for the Department.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
