**Responsibilities**:
Plan and execute crop planting schedules according to seasonal variations and climate conditions.
Implement innovative farming techniques to maximize crop yield and quality.
Monitor crop growth and health, and implement appropriate pest and disease management strategies.
Conduct soil analysis and make recommendations for soil improvement and fertility management.
Collaborate with agricultural scientists and researchers to stay updated on the latest advancements in crop cultivation.
Train and supervise farm workers in proper planting and farming techniques.
Maintain detailed records of crop production, including yields, expenses, and inventory.
Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences to optimize crop selection and production.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Proven experience in crop planting and farming techniques, preferably in a commercial farming setting.
Strong understanding of plant biology, soil science, and agronomic principles.
Proficiency in using agricultural equipment and machinery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly farming practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Experience with organic farming methods.
Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies.
Knowledge of crop rotation and crop diversification strategies.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
