**Job Summary.**

As an NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced NLP algorithms and models to extract insights from unstructured text data. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy NLP solutions that address business objectives and enhance user experiences.

**Skills and Requirements.**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Information Science, etc.
- Alternatively, four years of equivalent work experience.
- Five years of relevant professional experience.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience utilizing structured and unstructured data for data-driven analytics and insights, employing Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision solutions.

**Python / ML Stack** - Excellent proficiency in Python along with hands-on experience with tools such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Git. Experience with Python frameworks such as Pandas, PySpark, and Scikit-Learn. Experience with MLOps and cloud technology such as AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and AWS SageMaker.

**NLP Models - **At least 2 years of practical experience in developing NLP models, preferably with transformer architectures.

**LLM - **Knowledge and demonstrable experience in developing or fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT-4, Llama, Mixtrial, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with open-source platforms and up-to-date trends related to Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong understanding of higher-level trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and familiarity with open-source platforms.

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience in contributing to Github and open-source initiatives, or involvement in research projects and Kaggle competitions.
- Experience in working on the Databricks Platform, MLFlow.
