Dynamics of the Role
- As a member of the CRM Ecosystem engineering team, the Senior Engineer will participate in all aspects of the SDLC for our Docusign CLM system and its integration to Salesforce.
- This role will partner with the Product Manager and Product Owners for the CLM team to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Additionally, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the DocuSign CLM system, assisting with tickets inclusive of role assignment, system configurations, user support, and testing

The Team’s Focus
- The CLM team is responsible for supporting the care and feeding of the DocuSign CLM platform at TransUnion, ensuring a seamless integration with the Salesforce platform.
- The system supports approximately 2,000 Sales, Operations, and Legal users 24x7 across 30 countries globally.

How You Will Contribute
- Provides both architectural leadership and hands on development of our products.
- Provides technical leadership, hands on development by inspiring your teammates to think outside the box as they deliver high quality software solutions. Create and manage centralized BAU requests with internal process owners and interface owners. Prioritize the requests and deploy upgrades, changes in a compliant manner
- Own the day-to-day support queue. Ensure user requests and incidents are handled in the most professional manner: quickly and accurately
- Triage user issues with other internal TU teams for fast resolution
- Aid in account and license maintenance, as well as day-to-day and year end maintenance and setup
- Suggest and implement newer and more efficient practices to save time and improve user experience
- Help coordinate and test upgrades and refreshes to the systems
- Monitor system performance trends and identify potential issues
