Job Description: IT Trainer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ReactJS, Java, Python, C++)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate IT Trainer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Trainer, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive training programs on programming languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ReactJS, Java, Python, and C++. Your expertise and guidance will play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of aspiring programmers.

**Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the requirements of programming languages and technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ReactJS, Java, Python, and C++.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials such as presentations, exercises, and practical projects, ensuring trainees receive a hands-on experience.
Customize training programs to cater to trainees with diverse skill levels and learning styles, fostering effective learning outcomes.

Training Delivery:Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and online, utilizing effective teaching techniques and methodologies.
Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages trainees to actively participate, share ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions.

Trainee Assessment and Feedback:Develop comprehensive evaluation methods, including quizzes, assignments, and coding exercises, to assess trainee comprehension and practical skills accurately.
Monitor and track trainee progress throughout the training program, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance for continuous improvement.
Address trainee questions and challenges promptly, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning experience.

Stay Up-to-Date:Stay updated with the latest advancements, industry trends, and best practices in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ReactJS, Java, Python, and C++.
Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills to deliver training content that reflects current industry standards and requirements.

Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our training programs.

**Requirements**:
Technical Expertise:Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ReactJS, Java, Python, and C++.
Strong understanding of programming concepts, software development principles, and best practices.

Training Experience:Proven experience as an IT Trainer, instructor, or similar role, delivering training programs on programming languages and technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to trainees with varying levels of experience and skill.

Instructional Design Skills:Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and interactive training techniques.
Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials using various media and tools.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive learning environment and establish rapport with trainees.

Continuous Learning:A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

Qualifications:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
