1. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Generate accurate and timely reports detailing financial performance.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

4. General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.

Record and classify financial transactions accurately.

5. Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file relevant tax returns in compliance with local regulations.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.

6. Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

7. Inventory Control:
Work closely with the inventory management team to monitor and control stock levels.

Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations.

8. Audit Support:
Assist in internal and external audit processes.

Ensure documentation and records are prepared for audit reviews.

9. Expense Management:
Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Day-to-day bookkeeping (Payment, Receipt, Purchase & Sales).

Petty & Float cash handle.

Documentation and File management.

Bank & Govt office Visit (When and as required).

Basic GST Knowledge must on Hotel Industry.

Can have ablity to track the expenses and revenue to take follow up withVendor/Customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
