- Provide administrative support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Help prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal reviews.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
