As a Real Estate Sales Agent at First Door Realty, you will be responsible for facilitating the selling of properties to our clients. You will work closely with home buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences, conduct property searches, schedule and conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the entire sales process from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for potential clients through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and online lead generation.
- Educate clients on the home buying and selling process, market trends, and financing options.
- Conduct thorough market research to determine property values and competitive pricing strategies.
- Assist clients in preparing their properties for sale by providing staging advice, coordinating repairs, and overseeing photography and marketing materials.
- Create and maintain listing presentations, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Attend property inspections, appraisals, and closings to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow agents, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
- Stay informed about local real estate market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Pay: ₹13,080.92 - ₹50,000.00 per month
