**JOB TITLE**:Chef Consultant
**LOCATION**:Gurgaon

**PROFILE SUMMARY**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Research and analyse successful restaurant concepts that appeal to the client and target audience
- Determine menu price range and create preliminary menus
- Further define the concept, including type of service, price range, menu, and unique offerings
- Identify points of difference that will make the restaurant unique
- Finalize the concept, including menu, service, unique offerings, price range, and ambiance
- Set up beverage services, equipment requirements, and master inventory lists
- Leading a team of employees and providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them perform their roles effectively
- Liaise between social media marketing, Franchising, Leasing, and clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Train staff on menu preparation and equipment use
- Conduct menu and recipe analysis and calculate raw food cost and rank each category's items by gross profit margin
- Creating detailed product specifications for all food products, including grade, size, packaging, brand, and other relevant details
- Create organizational chart and master training schedule
- Create employee job descriptions for all staff and management positions and conducting interviews
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Focused education and hands-on experience in modern Indian cuisine of gastronomy
- Well-versed in adjusting ingredients and taste to accommodate varying tongues cultures diets
- Excellent communication skills used to describe and train chefs in the best ways to cook design and present dishes
- Innovative and creative with the presentation of the concept
- Can demonstrate the best ways to manage time, save costs, and remain organized.
**ELIGIBILITY**
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Graduate in Hotel Management
**WORKING HOURS**
- 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Mon - Sat)
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
