As we expand our operations in Bhopal, we are seeking a passionate and experienced **Java Tutor** to join our team and help students excel in their learning journey.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-depth Java training to students, covering both foundational and advanced topics.
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate structured learning.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to students and clarify doubts during and outside of class.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students' performance to ensure they are on the right track.
- Offer practical hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and coding projects.
- Stay updated on the latest Java programming trends and incorporate them into teaching.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Java** programming with a solid understanding of Java concepts (OOP, data structures, algorithms, etc.).
- Previous teaching experience in Java is a plus.
- **Strong communication skills** with the ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and advanced learners alike.
- Excellent **convincing skills** and a positive attitude towards students’ learning and growth.
- Ability to create a motivating and inclusive classroom environment. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- **Location**: On-site (Bhopal, Indirapuri Sector C, Madhya Pradesh).
