Responsible for the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the store. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Manage company’s social media accounts and ensure constructive interaction with users/customers.
- Perform daily accounting activities.
- Monitor and manage inventory and orders. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock.
- Streamline and optimize store processes for efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of retail management experience.
- Preferred experience in kids retail store.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
