Content Writer and Editor

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources and studies).
- Write clear marketing strategy to promote customer Products/Services.
- Prepare a well-structured draft using Content Management Systems or in Traditional Writing.
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
- Submit work to seniors for input and approval.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Design Teams / Individuals to illustrate articles.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Promote content on social media especially on Instagram.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics periodically.
- Ensure all-around consistency and variations in Style, Fonts, Images, Tone & Sound).
- Assist in updating website content as & when needed.
- Developing and executing content calendars as guided by customers.
- Creating and nurturing social media communities.
- Staying updated about the latest social media trends.
- Tracking useful social media metrics to know the impact of reels and to observe stats.
- Creating effective social media marketing campaigns.

**Skill Set**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role of minimum 3-4 years.
- Should have portfolio to published articles.
- Experience in doing research using multiple sources for R&D.
- Familiarity with web publications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, Hindi & Marathi - Key Factor
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Shopify etc.)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality until releasing content on social media.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate + associate degree

**Experience**:
Min 3-4 years in the core relevant field.
