**English Teacher for Institute**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and effective English language curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the needs of students at various proficiency levels.

Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction in English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.

Assessment: Assess students' language proficiency and progress through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and other forms of evaluation.

**Feedback and Support**: Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills and achieve their learning goals.

**Individualized Instruction**: Provide individualized support and guidance to students who may need additional help or enrichment in specific areas of English language learning.

**Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, ensuring student safety and discipline.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, share resources, and address any concerns or questions.

Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching, attend professional development workshops and conferences, and actively participate in ongoing professional learning opportunities.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other English teachers and institute staff to share resources, ideas, and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the English language program.

Promotion and Outreach: Assist in promoting the institute's English language programs, participating in recruitment events, and engaging with the community to attract new students and support program growth.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons.

Adaptability and flexibility to meet the individual needs of students and respond to changing circumstances.

Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources for teaching English language skills.
