Minimum Experience : 1 to 2 Years as a Restaurant Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Restaurant Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing reservations, coordinating events, and ensuring a seamless flow of activities in the restaurant. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**:

- Handle incoming reservations and ensure accurate recording in the reservation system.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest expectations.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating special events, parties, and catering services.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Daily Operations**:

- Collaborate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Provide updates to management on daily activities and performance.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in administrative duties such as record-keeping, report generation, and inventory management.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with reservation systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Languages:

- English and Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
