Position Overview:
As a Tally Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education on Tally software to students or professionals seeking to enhance their accounting and financial management skills. **Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct Tally training sessions:
Plan and deliver effective Tally training sessions to students or professionals.

Present complex concepts in a simplified manner to facilitate understanding.

Utilize various teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.

Curriculum development:
Develop and update the curriculum for Tally courses based on industry trends and requirements.

Create lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with the course objectives.

Provide guidance and support:
Assist students in understanding Tally concepts, features, and functionalities.

Address students' queries, concerns, and challenges during the learning process.

Offer personalized guidance and feedback to help students improve their performance.

Assess student progress:
Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding.

Monitor and track the progress of individual students, providing constructive feedback.

Identify areas of improvement and recommend additional resources or interventions as needed.

Stay updated with industry trends:

Collaboration and coordination:
Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth operations and consistent delivery of training programs.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and teaching methodologies.

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A higher degree is a plus.

Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in working with Tally software.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial management.

Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably in a similar role.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Patient, approachable, and supportive demeanor to assist students of various skill levels.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
