**Note**:HAVING EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL COURT, CRIMINAL COURT, SRA & OTHER COURTS OF LAW. 1) LEGAL DRAFTING, MARATHI TYPING, KNOWLEDGE OF SRA & ANNEXURE II, ABILITY TO JUGGLE MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities:

- **Legal Advice and Consultation**:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice to the company on a variety of legal matters, including commercial, corporate, employment, and regulatory issues.
- Interpret and explain legislation, regulations, and case law to management and staff.
- **Litigation and Dispute Resolution**:

- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- **Contract Management**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
- Provide advice on contractual obligations, risks, and liabilities.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:

- Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- **Corporate Governance**:

- Advise on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and corporate filings.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure proper documentation of all corporate actions.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide training and support to staff on legal and compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the company.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and legal advice.
- Stay updated on legal developments and emerging issues relevant to the company’s operations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support on various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior legal staff.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address company-wide legal issues.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is an advantage.
- **Certification**: Qualified advocate or solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,174.77 per month
