**Role Summary**:
You will be responsible for building an efficient design system for a seamless digital experience. Conceptualising, designing, and prototyping digital products and brand experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for designing digital products, marketing, and sales supporting materials.
- Take a user-centered approach to design processes and methods.
- Partnering and collaborating effectively with stakeholders, developers and product owners.
- Lead the design process from problem discovery, framing, ideation, iterative development, delivery, and maintenance.
- Developing new digital experiences while evolving and strengthening the ones already in place.
- Communicate design visions and rationale clearly to clients and product teams.
- Visualize complex user scenarios and provide simple and effective solutions keeping in mind the capabilities and limitations of technology.
- Organizing, initiating, and leading brainstorming sessions.

**Who you should be?**
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Experience in crafting Fintech products would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color, iconography, visual identity design and appropriate visual design techniques for different delivery mediums.
- Ability to quickly build personas, user stories, user journeys, information architectures, wireframes and visual layout options in an agile environment.
- Good knowledge of design tools, e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing recent works as live experiences or preferably in the form of prototypes.
- Good knowledge of design languages i.e. Material design and iOS design etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills, and you can justify the design decisions you made.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- UI/UX, Figma, Sketch App, Adobe Creative Suite, Wireframing, Typography, Iconography, Social media, and Marketing design.
