**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to upper management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, logistics and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, MOM (minutes of meetings), reports and nay other communication on behalf of the management to the clients.
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and other materials for meetings and conferences.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by management.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Serve as a liaison between upper management and other staff members, clients, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
- Willingness to travel for future needs (if required), however this is not mandatory.

**Qualifications/requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Knowledge of real estate (bank, NBFCs, financial intuitions) will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
