**Functional Description**

Global Commercial Services (GCS) provides a range of card programs, lending solutions and expense management tools to help companies around the world manage almost all the facets of their business spending - from travel and meetings, to everyday office supplies and raw materials. The Global Commercial Card team within GCS, is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives.

The listed job is an exciting opportunity for supporting a product team within GCS - Client Insights & Data products (CIDP). The mandate of this team is to create digital insights products for corporate clients to review & monitor their spend on Amex payment products such as corporate cards. Products vary from reporting, dashboard to self serve risk & card misuse offering.

**Purpose of the role**

Key member of advance analytics, ML & AI team within CIDP team to create & assist in development of insights products for our corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members
- Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team
- Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products
- Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time
- Work with product, UX and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework
- Conceptualize, develop and prototype new insights products/ product/feature enhancements for travel optimization

**Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge of GCS Business, expertise in T&E industry domain preferred
- Mandatory skills - Python & Machine Learning
- Good to have - Generative AI

**Experience**
- Prior experience in analytics, ML & AI role
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams in Product management, Marketing, compliance/legal and third parties to drive results and business outcomes
- Strong story telling skills, leadership communication, influencing skills.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, able to handle ambiguity and find logical steps to move forward
