**Location**: Gurugram (Work from Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers to understand their astrology-related concerns and requirements.
- Assist customers in connecting with suitable astrologers based on their needs.
- Manage relationships between onboarded astrologers and the company.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination between customers and astrologers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge or interest in astrology is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Salary**: INR 15,000 - 25,000 per month (all fixed)

Preferred Start Date: Immediate joiners
