Dementia Clinician

Must be a Doctor (MBBS - With psychology)

Strong knowledge of dementia disorders, including etiology, diagnosis, progression, and treatment options.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse patient populations.

As a Dementia Clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to individuals diagnosed with dementia and their families. You will utilize your expertise in dementia care to assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Additionally, you will offer guidance and education to patients and their caregivers, advocating for the best possible outcomes and quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of patients with suspected or diagnosed dementia, including medical history, cognitive evaluations, and functional assessments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient/family preferences.Provide counseling and support to patients and their families, addressing emotional, social, and practical concerns associated with dementia.Monitor patients' cognitive and functional status over time, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
