Granulation and Compressor Oprator

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor granulation and compression machines to produce tablets or other solid dosage forms according to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Material Handling: Weigh and blend raw materials accurately, ensuring proper proportions to maintain product consistency and quality. Transfer materials to the granulator and compression machines using appropriate procedures.

Quality Control: Perform in-process checks and inspections at specified intervals to verify product quality and detect any defects or deviations. Report any issues promptly to supervisors or quality control personnel.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean and sanitize granulation and compression equipment, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP). Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed to keep machinery in good working order.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities, machine settings, batch records, and any deviations encountered during the manufacturing process.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals and machinery. Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or process problems promptly, seeking assistance from maintenance or technical support when necessary.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, quality control personnel, and production operators, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated on new equipment, processes, and industry trends related to granulation and compression.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
