Medical Transcriptionist

Responsible for listening and writing reports and scripts, edit and review the reports, Must be good listening and typing skills.
- Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures and consultation notes in to applicable report format.
- Identifying and following up on inconsistencies, errors and missing information within a transcribed report.
- Submitting transcriptions to healthcare professionals for their approval in a timely manner.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a medical transcriptionist/Discharge summery writing.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
