Recruiter Implant

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse positions.
- Understand and align recruitment with operational needs.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and checks.
- Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Handle employee grievances

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Experience in logistics/warehousing recruitment.
- Understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS.

**Preferred**:

- HR certification.
- Experience as an embedded recruiter.
- Knowledge of workforce planning.
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable).
- Familiarity with social media recruitment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
