Mangalore Karnataka, India Cleanline FMS Full time

Source housekeeping products and cleaning chemicals from various vendors based on customer orders and quality requirements.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Track and place purchase orders for raw materials required for the chemical production factory.
- Ensure timely payment processing (issue cheques, arrange NEFT/RTGS) for vendor invoices.
- Monitor stock levels of housekeeping products and chemicals.
- Ensure inventory records are updated in the software.
- Handle monthly material requisitions from service-provided sites and approve orders from the store.
- Arrange and schedule deliveries of products to customers using in-house vehicles and drivers.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Record all sales, purchases, and payments in Tally software.
- Maintain the cash book, manage cash flow, and reconcile petty cash.
- Prepare monthly data and item HSN summaries for the outsourced auditor for GST filing.
- Maintain customer accounts, including invoicing, and follow up on payments.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales, stock, and account summaries.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reconcile them with Tally.
- Submit reports to management on a weekly/monthly basis.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
