- We’re looking for an Architect in the CDIO IB Global Banking team to:
- support the team’s journey through the software delivery lifecycle and their ability to deliver policy compliant solutions
- facilitate the team’s architecture knowledge and discussion, ensuring these conform to architectural standards
- resolve interdependencies and conflicts and maintain a technical roadmap and overview of architectural gaps
- use Architecture Decision Records to document, discuss & make design decisions. Review the Solution Architecture Designs & encourage incremental changes/improvements
- collaborate with other architects to define architectural goals and standards and manage temporary solutions and technical debt remediation
- work with the teams to understand & prepare for technology and skill gaps

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the CDIO IB Global Banking team in Pune. The team provides technology services to enable the best service for our corporate clients. The product suite ranges from client relationship and deal lifecycle to primary issuance, secondary trading and risk calculation.

**Your expertise**
- experience of working as an IT architect within the finance sector
- broad exposure/understanding of different architectural and design patterns (e.g. web/event/batch, bare-metal/serverless, stateful/stateless, HA/DR)
- knowledge of cloud concepts/patterns/practices and technologies
- preferably hands on experience with a range of Azure Services and infrastructure as code techniques
- ability to propose balanced solutions, implementing functional & quality attributes within timelines & budget
- strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead and convince
- ability to partner with other IT and business teams in the context of software delivery
