**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Perform Ultrasound Examinations**: Conduct ultrasound procedures by accurately positioning patients, operating imaging equipment, and capturing high-quality images of specific body parts as per physician orders.

**Patient Care and Safety**:Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to established protocols during procedures. Explain procedures to patients, address concerns, and maintain patient confidentiality.

**Image Analysis and Reporting**:Review and analyze ultrasound images to ensure diagnostic quality. Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to provide accurate and timely reports for patient diagnosis and treatment.

**Equipment Maintenance**:Perform regular maintenance checks on ultrasound equipment to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot issues and report malfunctions promptly.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of patient procedures, imaging results, and other relevant information. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated with advancements in ultrasound technology, techniques, and procedures. Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.

Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent certification.

Proficient in performing various ultrasound techniques and examinations.

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Compliance with ethical and professional standards in healthcare.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Prior experience working as a Sonographer in a clinical setting.

Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Specialized certifications or training in specific ultrasound specialties (e.g., obstetrics, echocardiography).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
