Hotel Cleaner

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and amenities in guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste materials in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Restock guest room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens, as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, replenishing soap and toilet paper, and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

- Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning operation.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, respond promptly to their requests and inquiries, and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude towards cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operation.
