We are a leading and reputable player in the **Edible Oil **Manufacturing Industry, located at **Solapur, Maharashtra**. As part of our continuous expansion, we are looking for an experienced "**Refinery Manager**" to lead our refinery operations.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Lead and supervise all refinery operations, ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted production.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Monitor and evaluate refinery processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
- Uphold stringent quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of edible oil production.
- Enforce and promote safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitoring and reviewing production reports
- Undertaking erection commissioning program as per schedule
- coordinates with Dispatch, Maintenance and Stores for timely production
- Monitors utility system
- Identify and implement specific projects to improve safety, reliability, efficiency and capacity of utility systems
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Supervise the production lines
- Ensures the licensing requirement of edible oil packaging
- Process improvement measures

**Qualification and Requirement**: Degree in Chemical Engineering

Proven experience in refinery operations, preferably in the Edible Oil Manufacturing Industry or a related field.
