Block Coordinator

Job Title: Community Outreach Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door visits within designated communities to connect with elderly residents.
- Explain the benefits of social services and assist in the process of creating personalized old age cards.
- Provide information on available community resources and support networks.
- Establish positive and empathetic relationships with elderly individuals to address their unique needs.
- Document and maintain accurate records of interactions and services provided.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
