Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of the organization
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to network infrastructure
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Oversee vendor management and ensure service level agreements are met
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management and network administration
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus
