Office Coordinator

Role Description And Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
- Participating and responsible for logistic activities.
- Retrieve documents and files when requested.
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheet.
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Performing logistics activities like preparing material for shipment and ensuring material is packed properly, maintaining data of shipments etc.
**Requirements**:
- A learning attitude
- Minimum diploma or bachelors degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 years of office coordination and / or receptionist experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, GForms.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
